A. On September 10, 2013 I did 16 push ups, 20 curl ups, and had a heart rate of 200. On October 2, 2013, I did 20 push ups, 20 curl ups, and had a heart rate of 200 on my 3 min. step up test. My curl up test increased, but my curl up and 3 min. step test didn't improve.]
B. Although my push up test increased by 4, my curl up and 3 min. step up test failed to increased. It stayed the same. I believe I didn't improve because I hadn't practiced it enough.
C, D. Another reason I didn't improve is because I didn't try my best. I was just being lazy (What can you do to improve?)
